Lumen Sal was not just another real estate launch. It was a major residential development in Santa Maria, on Cape Verde’s Sal Island, entering a market where trust, clarity, and perception matter as much as architecture itself. The challenge was to create a brand that could feel elevated and design-led, while still communicating the practical fundamentals buyers care about: location, unit types, amenities, purchase structure, and investment rationale. The entire experience had to sell more than apartments. It had to sell confidence.

We developed a complete brand identity for Lumen Sal that balances elegance with strategic clarity. The system draws from the atmosphere of Sal Island itself: light, warmth, openness, and a sense of understated luxury. Rather than relying on generic real estate visuals, we created a brand world that feels distinctive, refined, and grounded in place. The result is an identity that elevates the development, strengthens perceived value, and gives every touchpoint a consistent premium presence.

An immersive website experience built to turn interest into intent.
We designed and developed a cinematic website that goes far beyond a standard property landing page. Using motion, pacing, high-end renders, and editorial storytelling, the site presents Lumen Sal as a complete investment proposition rather than a simple listing. Every section was structured to guide the visitor through the project’s vision, location, amenities, interiors, unit types, and purchase process with clarity and confidence. The result is a digital experience that feels closer to an award-level brand launch than a conventional real estate website.
