- Can a restaurant take bookings on its own website, without a platform?
- Yes. Portofino takes table bookings on its website, without TheFork in between: guests pick the party size, the day and the time, bookings are paced by the quarter hour and a reminder goes out the day before. At Kailua, each area of the venue has its own booking.
- Can the team change the menu on its own?
- Yes. At Kailua, the team manages the 274 menu items in Kailua OS and changes the menu every month without going through us. At Portofino, the 47 dishes have their allergens marked, in four languages.
- Do you also build online ordering and kiosks?
- We do. For Patty Smash Burgers we built a delivery and pickup web app, with Shake points and vouchers, and a self-service kiosk for the Colinas do Cruzeiro restaurant.
- How long does it take and how is it priced?
- A focused website is ready in 4 to 8 weeks. Projects with a back office, an app or a store take longer, and the date is written into the proposal. The price is fixed upfront, never by the hour.
